Essential Functions:

The Production Worker supports production operations by assembling, packaging, and preparing products while maintaining company quality and food safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble and prepare products for packaging or shipment
  • Place ingredients into finished products
  • Perform hand wrapping and packaging tasks
  • Support food running and material movement throughout production
  • Maintain production pace and efficiency
  • Follow instructions from leads and supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Follow food safety and company procedures
  • Assist with additional production tasks as needed
  • Properly use tools such as knives or other specialized equipment
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
  • Perform physical tasks that could require constant repetitive motion
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous production or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive task
  • Previous manufacturing/food handling experience preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for Production
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
