This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking for steady, full-time work.Key Responsibilities

• Place product on conveyor belts, trays, or into pouches
• Weigh fish to meet exact specifications
• Trim and process product using a knife per SOP
• Remove bones (pin-boning) to ensure product quality
• Package fresh or frozen seafood for shipment or storage
• Assemble, tape, label, and palletize boxes
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment
• Complete required documentation for tracking and traceability

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Food production experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify product types and specifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift 42+ lbs regularly
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Use of knives required
• Work in a cool, wet, and damp production environment
• Good hand-eye coordination

Pay & Schedule1st Shift:

• $18.25/hour
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 3:00PM

2nd Shift:

• $20.75/hour
• Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

3rd Shift:

• $20.75/hour
• Monday–Friday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
