Job Title: 2nd Shift Picker
Job Description
Join our team as a picker, where you will be operating a cherry picker around the warehouse to select products and transport them to the packing stations. This role involves standing for a full 8+ hour shift and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Cannot be afraid of heights.
Responsibilities
  • Pick products accurately and efficiently using a pack mule cart/cherry picker.
  • Transport selected products to designated packing stations.
  • Stand for the duration of a 8+ hour shift.
Essential Skills
  • 6+ months of cherry picking experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in picking, packing, packaging, and shipping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • English as a second language is welcome.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed.

Work Environment
Work in a national wholesaler's clean and climate-controlled warehouse with a large team of 30-60 people. The dress code includes close-toed shoes, jeans, shorts, sweatpants (not past the fingertips), and a t-shirt or sweatshirt. The picker shift runs from Monday to Friday, 12pm - 8:30pm, with orientation on the first day starting at 9:15am. This is a contract role for 4+ weeks that could go longer and possibly even permanent with the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OLATHE, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $21.12/hr.
