What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet rigorous quality standards.
Utilize precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure product dimensions with accuracy.
Identify and document any defects, damages, or inconsistencies through detailed visual assessments.
Maintain thorough and accurate quality reports by entering data into company systems to ensure transparency and traceability.
Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to swiftly address quality concerns and implement effective corrective actions.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and industry regulations to promote a safe and compliant workplace.
Participate in root cause analysis and contribute ideas for continuous process improvements.
Verify that packaging, labeling, and product codes are correct before products leave the facility, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform regular inventory audits to detect and prevent potential quality issues.
Operate various testing equipment, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in quality control or inspection roles is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency using measurement tools accurately.
Excellent communication skills to support teamwork and precise reporting.
Reliable availability to work the 1st shift schedule.
