Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Inspectors for a medical manufacturing company in Elk River, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet strict quality standards and support a clean, stable production environment. If you enjoy detail-oriented work and want reliable weekday hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Quality Inspector:
  • Conduct inspections of parts throughout multiple stages of production
  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests on extruded products
  • Verify conformance to customer specifications and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
  • Participate in internal quality audits
  • Count, sort, and package finished parts
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Inspector Role:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to count and measure using a tape measure
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to sit or stand for the full shift with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Reliable transportation to the Elk River area
  • Ability to meet any required pre-employment screenings
