Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Technician / Manufacturing Technician to support our CNC machining operations.
This role is ideal for a CNC operator or manufacturing employee who wants to move into a quality-focused role. If you take pride in making good parts and catching issues early, we will train you on the quality side.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Verify parts meet print specifications and quality standards
Support machinists and operators with quality checks
Assist with basic machine setup (tools, materials, fixtures)
Help troubleshoot production or quality issues
Follow and reinforce standard work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S)
Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:
Qualifications Required:
Experience as a CNC operator, machine operator, or in manufacturing
Basic mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail
Preferred (not required):
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Blueprint reading
Quality inspection experience
