1st Shift Receiving Associate
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00AM to 12:30PM (Overtime and weekends may be required)
Estimated Duration: 2–3 weeks, with potential extension based on business volume and operational needs

Position Summary
Kimco Staffing is seeking temporary Receiving Support Associates to assist with warehouse receiving and container unloading operations. This position will involve a combination of manual material handling and forklift operation. Work assignments and priorities may vary based on daily business needs.

Responsibilities 

• Assist with unloading shipping containers and receiving incoming materials.
• Perform manual down-stacking and material handling as needed.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and in accordance with company policies and applicable safety requirements.
• Safely move, organize, and stage materials within the warehouse.
• Perform physical material-handling tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Follow established safety procedures and instructions.
• Adapt to changing workloads, container contents, and unloading priorities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work is expected to consist of approximately 50% manual material handling and 50% forklift operation; actual duties may vary depending on daily operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Recent experience operating sit-down forklifts.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening, which may include a background check and drug screening and pre-employment physical, consistent with applicable law and company policy.
