- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting and sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles (skilled trades, fabricators, laborers, and more)
- Track applicants and maintain accurate records in the ATS
- Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens), and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, trades, or production environment
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and ATS platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable talking to everyone from shop floor candidates to department managers
- Able to hit the ground running and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, general labor, or technical roles a strong plus
- Work Environment
- Hands-on, collaborative role at a unique and creative production facility. Expect a mix of desk work and floor-level engagement with hiring managers and new hires.
Assignment Details- This is a temporary placement with a defined end date
- No temp-to-perm conversion is anticipated
