Job Title: Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure projects, schedules, and communications run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks while working effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Track project timelines and provide status updates.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and expense tracking as needed.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
