Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track project timelines and provide status updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and expense tracking as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
