Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team in Newnan, GA. This position is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging brick and building materials throughout the facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
Operate a sit-down forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
Load, unload, move, and stage materials as needed.
Transport products throughout the warehouse and yard.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work overtime as required.
