Summary:
• Full-time Postage Machine Service Technician position in Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Provide phone and on-site support for customer postage machines
• Travel to customer offices to diagnose and repair equipment
• Hands-on role requiring technical troubleshooting and physical work
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers over the phone to troubleshoot postage machine issues
• Drive to customer locations to service and repair postage machines
• Use hand tools to diagnose and complete repairs
• Perform heavy lifting and moving of equipment as needed
• Assist in other areas or tasks as assigned
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude
Requirements:
• Mechanical or technical experience required
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
