- Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Follow all safety procedures and GMP requirements
- Assist with warehouse organization and material handling as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorResponsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Verify shipment accuracy and maintain inventory records
- Prepare shipping documentation and receiving reports
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and warehouse procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus
Production SupervisorResponsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production employees to meet daily production goals
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow efficiencies
- Assist with performance management and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP procedures preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
