Millennium Search is immediately hiring Material Handler's (Shipping & Receiving) for a large, well-known client in Olive, Branch As a Material Handler for Millennium Search, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: 
  • Material Handler 
  • Quality Assurance 
  • Inventory Control (RF Scanners)
 Millennium Search is invested in their team members!  All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation of $16.00. Available shifts include Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.  6:00am to 2:30pm; Monday thru Thursday or Tues thru Friday.  Responsibilities of the Forklift (Shipping & Receiving):
  • Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area. 
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments. 
  • Load and unload pallets.  Scan items into inventory control system using RF Scanner. 
  • Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including pallet jack, hydraulic jack, RF Scanner, computers, and handheld printers. 
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions. 
  • Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly. 
  • Meet or exceed quality and production standards daily.
  • Proper handling of products to prevent damage.
  • Report on all equipment maintenance problems daily.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work with and always display a team concept approach.
  Required Qualifications of the Material Handler (Shipping & Receiving): 
  • Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred. 
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance. 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement. 
  • Ability to work overtime as needed. 
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.  Basic knowledge of engine parts is preferred.
  • REASONING ABILITY
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.  Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
