Job Title: Inventory Associate
Location: East Peoria, IL
Pay: $17/hour

Were seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Storeroom Associate to play a vital role in managing inventory, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your efforts will ensure our team has the resources they need to succeed, all while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
What Youll Do:
- Receive, store, and issue inventory, tools, and equipment accurately
- Perform data entry, sorting, labeling, and inventory counts to maintain precise stock records
- Inspect tools and equipment for damage or wear, supporting maintenance and replacement
- Assist with replenishment requests and deliver items to various work locations as needed
- Support a safe, organized, and clean warehouse environment
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and perform minor tool maintenance (if applicable)
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic data entry and inventory management experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliability and punctuality in a daytime shift
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse setting
- Previous experience with inventory software or systems
- Basic mechanical skills for minor tool maintenance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse, storeroom, or inventory management role
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Must pass a background check and possibly a drug screening
- Willingness to work in a safety-conscious environment
