What You'll Do
Loading Responsibilities
- Hand-load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers
- Scan packages using a handheld scanner
- Move cages between staging areas and loading zones
- Load trailers safely, accurately, and efficiently
Unloading Responsibilities
- Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor belts
- Scan packages during the unloading process
- Sort boxes into designated cages and staging areas
This role requires consistent physical activity and is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.
Compensation
Performance-Based Pay
- Earn approximately $200–$250 per day
- Average earnings of $16–$25+ per hour
- Paid based on cases loaded and unloaded
- The more productive you are, the more you can earn
High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through effort and efficiency.
Schedule
1st Shift
- Sunday – Wednesday
- 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Some shifts may end earlier depending on workload
- Overtime available as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 5–50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation required
- Able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
