Volt is immediately hiring Forklift Operators in Chino CA.

We are seeking 1st Shift and Swing Shift candidates with experience in the following:

• Both the Cherry Picker Forklift and High Reach Forklift
• Or the Pacer Forklift

As a PIT Forklift Operator, you will:

• Need Experience in Operating BOTH the Reach Forklift and Cherry Picker Forklift.
• Perform variety of warehouse functions including picking/packing.
• Utilize a Computer Oracle system and RF scanner.
• Follow all safety rules and requirements and perform all housekeeping responsibilities.
• Move put-away and stage products and materials using a forklift or other power equipment.
• Perform daily inspection on equipment.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Loader Pacer Forklift Operator, you will:

• Need Experience in Operating the Pacer Forklift.
• Load/unload, move, put-away and stage products and materials using a forklift or other power equipment.
• Perform daily inspection on equipment.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Perform variety of warehouse functions including picking/packing.
• Follow all safety rules and requirements and perform all housekeeping responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

These positions are Full-time opportunities.

Schedules:

• 1st Shift - PIT Forklift Operator: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

• Possible 4:00 am start with possible OT during the week or weekend.

• Monday - Friday with Some Saturdays Required.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

• Swing Shift - PIT Forklift Operator: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

• Possible OT during the week or weekend.

• Monday - Friday with Some Saturdays Required.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

• Swing Shift - Loader Pacer Operator: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

• Possible OT during the week or weekend.

• Monday - Friday with Some Saturdays Required.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED - Required.
• Pass Background Screen, Employment History, and Drug Screen.
• Experience on Forklifts Required - Will be Tested on Forklifts on 1st Day.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Computers (Oracle, Coupa, and Excel) a Plus.

Pay Rate: $20.00

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
