You will contribute by:
Trains new non-exempt employees in safe equipment operation, selection practices, productivity, quality and efficiency as outlined in the C&S Training Experience
Trains and certifies employees on power equipment while emphasizing company safety standards.
Coaches new hires in efficiency and monitor weekly performance standards.
Evaluates performance and provides feedback that addresses training needs and promotes development
Shares observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and development
Identifies training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.
Motivates employees toward a higher level of performance and links job responsibilities to current business objectives

Physical abilities: : Safely and efficiently lift up to 60 lbs of product while walking/standing
0-2 : Warehouse selection experience. Experience working in a production environment as a selector, loader, lift operator, and/or other warehouses positions. Previous experience training in a warehouse
