Transducer Assembly Technician Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible scheduling available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) About Us:We are a manufacturing company specializing in precision force-measuring technology and high-quality electronic products. Summary:
Assemble precision force-measuring transducers used in electronic products
Perform detailed soldering and assembly work under a microscope
Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure product accuracy
Support production goals through high-quality workmanship
Responsibilities:
Prepare transducer bodies using sandblasting and cleaning processes
Mark transducer blanks for precise strain gage placement
Bond strain gages and wiring tabs to components
Perform high-quality point-to-point soldering on small assemblies
Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies
Maintain calibration and testing records
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
Prior soldering experience required
Prior electronics assembly experience preferred
Prior mechanical assembly experience preferred
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Special Certifications Needed:
None required
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
Strong attention to detail and precision work skills
Ability to perform fine soldering work under a microscope
Ability to remain seated for extended periods
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interview & Screening Requirements:
Onsite interview and soldering assessment (approximately 1 hour)
Must pass background check (no felonies, theft, violence, or sex crimes)
