JL Schwieters Construction/Building Supply Inc. is seeking qualified and entry-level applicants for Wood Roof and Floor Truss Assembly with a state-of-the-art brand-new truss facility. At this point we would like to see candidates with Truss Assembly experience, but we are also open to candidates with wall/floor assembly experience as well as candidates with framing experience. We may also be willing to train the right candidates as well - candidates who can do the following:

• Ability to use a nail gun
• Can read a tape measure
• Highly motivated
• Thrives in Production Environments
• Great attendance
