Carbs Department Technician – Monmouth, IL
Pay: $16/hr

Join our remanufacturing team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented technician to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reject nonconforming products, performing troubleshooting to determine root causes of failures.
  • Inspect, analyze, and repair refrigeration and heating systems to ensure finished products are safe and fully operational.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, BOMs, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and routings.
  • Evaluate the quality of work from upstream processes using quality control measures and make necessary adjustments or rejections to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
  • Prior experience in quality control, assembly, or HVAC/refrigeration systems is a plus.
