Warehouse Associate
Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team.We are looking for a fluent English-speaking, detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal direction. The ideal candidate is reliable, follows instructions well, stays productive throughout the workday, and is comfortable working in a warehouse environment. This position will primarily be warehouse-based, with occasional opportunities to assist on a truck when needed.
Pay Rate: $19.00
Shift/Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Full-time, 90-day committed assignment

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred
• Fluent English speaking and communication skills required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
• Ability to stay busy and productive with little supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and assist with truck duties when needed
• Forklift experience/training is a plus
• Must be able to pass required background screening and any applicable testing
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position

Responsibilities:

• Complete inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Stage products for loading
• Assist with loading products
• Return products to the proper system and warehouse location after pickup
• Clean and repair furniture/products as needed to maintain quality
• Maintain an organized and productive warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
• Work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
• Occasionally assist with truck routes and loading/unloading as needed
• Lift and move materials as required; the position may involve lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items on occasion
