Overview:
We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates in a clean, organized production facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates seeking general labor, warehouse, or entry-level production work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plant trimming and general product handling tasks

• Move, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse

• Frequently climb up and down ladders to access and maintain materials

• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including routine sweeping and sanitizing

• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

• Support team operations to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous warehouse, general labor, landscaping, or production experience preferred

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders regularly

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
