Position Overview
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will play an essential role in the order fulfillment process by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. You will work in a temperature‑controlled, refrigerated environment and must be detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑focused setting.
Schedule
This position operates on a variable schedule based on operational needs. While the role is generally aligned with first‑shift operations and typically scheduled Sunday through Thursday, start times, end times, and scheduled workdays may vary. Overtime, weekend work, or shift adjustments may be required to meet business demands.
Pay & Classification
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
- Classification: Non‑exempt, hourly position
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 4:30am-2:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse
- Pack items safely and efficiently using proper packaging materials, including temperature‑sensitive handling
- Verify that selected items match customer orders and meet quality standards
- Perform routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Monitor inventory levels within assigned work areas and communicate replenishment needs
- Follow all safety policies, including proper PPE usage in a food‑handling, refrigerated environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Complete all required safety and operational training on time
- Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 36°F)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a warehouse or food‑based environment
