Warehouse Associate
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Pay Rate: 20-21/hr based off of experience
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Summary
Associate will be responsible for processing all materials including receiving, shipping, inventory control, label room, and returns from work orders.
Job description:
- Picks, packs and processes orders, including data entry of transaction.
- Receives/inspects material, including data entry of transaction.
- Performs daily cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy.
- Keeps up general maintenance of inventory.
- Maintains general good housekeeping in warehouse.
- Displays thorough knowledge in primary warehouse responsibility (distribution or manufacturing).
- Serves as back-up as needed.
- Displays working knowledge in non-primary warehouse functions (distribution or manufacturing) to assist as necessary.
- All other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- H.S diploma or GED
- Background screening
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with FedEx and UPS website, tracking and sending shipments
- Min 1 year of solid experience working in a manufacturing environment utilizing GMPs
- Min 1 year of solid experience in a computerized warehouse environment
- SAP experience
