POSITION: Warehouse Attendant 1st
DEPARTMENT: Warehouse

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Warehouse Attendant position will be responsible for inventory management.
- Do cycle counts every month / spot check of inventory
- Be able to operate a powered industrial truck and small walking jack as needed to unload trailers
- Verify shipments against packaging slips
- Keep work areas clean
- Issue out parts and put away in coming parts
- Other duties as needed
- Issue / Reverse goods Receipts
- To fill in for packaging manager time off and other employee time off.
Working Conditions:
- Production and maintenance settings
- Exposure to various chemicals and machinery.
- Slippery floors, cold temperatures, Warm temps
- Hours will be as plant schedule or may vary upon plant needs.
Relationships:
Internal: Employees on the production line and plant management
Special Skills:
- Flexibility to schedule changes
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally in English
- Bilingual skills helpful
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Computer knowledge required
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work 50+ hours
- Good attendance and safety records
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Production background with packaging preferred not required.
- System skills–SAP
- Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- Good Attendance Record (Less than 3 points for internal candidates)

Education:
- High School degree or equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
