Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Heavy Lifter to support warehouse and production operations within our manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies are safely moved, stored, and delivered throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Load, unload, and move raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove completed products from work areas.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading incoming deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locations.
• Verify material counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as authorized.
• Follow inventory control procedures and accurately complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment.
• Comply with all company safety policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Frequent lifting of 50–100 lbs.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and carrying materials.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
