Shipping/Receiving Department Lead Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required on Saturdays
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Department Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating shipping activities, training team members, operating forklifts, and ensuring orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
Lead daily shipping and receiving operations
Train and support new warehouse employees
Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment
Use RF scanners to accurately pick and process customer orders
Build, label, and stage pallets for shipment
Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged products
Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
Communicate production updates and department needs to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
Experience using RF scanners (RF gun required)
Forklift certification with experience operating multiple forklift types
Strong basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and work throughout the shift
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Bilingual-English/Spanish
