1st Shift Warehouse Lead Shipping/Receiving

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Shipping/Receiving Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Shipping & Receiving Associate to oversee daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations. This position will help coordinate the warehouse team, ensure accurate and timely shipments, manage incoming materials, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. 
Pay Rate: $20/H
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday / 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Requirements:

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required Stand up and Sit down to train others.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and complete shipping/receiving documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Steel-toe shoes/boots required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and paperwork.
• Coordinate the staging and movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Train and provide direction to warehouse associates.
• Assign daily tasks and help monitor productivity.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Assist management with other warehouse duties as needed.
