Advance Services, Inc. EOE is looking for several Harvest Workers for our customer in Pekin, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global leader in the agricultural industry right here in Pekin! You’ll be working in a clean, safe environment with knowledgeable leaders who care about your success

– 1st Shift – $18.00/hr 

Requirements 

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills (preferred)
• Fork truck experience required; forklift certification/license is a plus

Duties could include:

• 
  General warehouse work: sweeping, cleaning, shoveling
  
• 
  Unloading boxes and tote bags with bulk seed
  
• 
  Lifting and securing lids for boxes up to 5’6” tall
  
• 
  Teamwork and problem-solving with coworkers
  
• 
  Using a computer to enter data and accurately document production & inventory
