They will load/unload trucks, operate warehouse equipment, perform cycle counts, and manage inventory using FIFO methods. The role includes accurately receiving goods, staging orders, and preparing shipments per guidelines.
Ideal candidates should have basic decision-making skills, reading/writing abilities, and math skills. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with shipping/receiving, forklift operation, and RF barcode systems.
Work involves standing, walking, lifting up to 100 lbs, and operating motorized equipment in a fast-paced environment with safety gear required. All employees are expected to uphold safety policies and quality standards, contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
