This is a full-time, first-shift fabrication opportunity for skilled professionals with experience in steel fabrication, blueprint reading, fitting, and welding.If you're a dependable MIG/TIG Welder who takes pride in precision, quality craftsmanship, and producing clean welds, we'd like to speak with you. Pay: Starting at $24.00+/hour (Based on Experience)1st Shift Schedule
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Overtime available based on production needs

MIG/TIG Welder & Fitter Responsibilities
Perform high-quality MIG welding and TIG welding on steel components and fabricated assemblies.
Fit, align, and assemble metal parts according to blueprints and engineering drawings.
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, shop drawings, and fabrication prints.
Set up and adjust welding equipment for various fabrication projects.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
Assist with general metal fabrication and shop duties as needed.
Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a MIG Welder, TIG Welder, Welder/Fitter, Fabricator, or Structural Welder required.
Experience with steel fabrication and blueprint reading required.
Strong fitting, measuring, and layout skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team.
Must pass drug screen.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
