Summary:

Full-time 1st Shift Welder/Fitter position in a fabrication facility
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel components
Work Monday–Thursday with Friday overtime (may be mandatory)
Hands-on role focused on quality, safety, and precision
Ideal for experienced welders seeking stability and growth

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding to join steel parts and vertical uprights
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
Cut, clean, shape, and align metal components for welding
Adjust welding settings and conduct test welds to ensure quality
Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain welding equipment

Requirements:

Work Experience: Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
Special Certifications: Welding certifications preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a physically active, hands-on environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
