We are seeking a skilled Welder to perform MIG and stick welding on concrete truck barrels and related components. This position involves both welding and assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
Position: Welder (MIG & Stick) – 1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and stick welding on concrete truck barrels and various truck components
Assist with assembly of welded parts and finished products
Operate air, power, and hand tools, including torches and grinders
Read and follow work instructions to meet production and quality standards
Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
Minimum Qualifications
2–3 years of welding experience (MIG and stick required)
Ability to pass an internal welding test
Must supply own basic welding equipment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Capable of standing, bending, and crouching for extended periods (10+ hours/day)
Steel-toed boots/shoes required
High school diploma or GED
