Schedule:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary: As a Manufacturing Associate, you will support the production of truck rims by operating manufacturing equipment, handling materials, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials throughout the production process
Inspect truck rims for quality, defects, and damage
Follow production schedules and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
