We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Workers/Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career potential. In this role, you will perform a variety of warehouse, assembly, shipping, receiving, and machine operation duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift: 1st Shift (Monday -Thursday, 6:00 am -4:30 pm)
Base Wage Start: $18.00/ hr
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assembly: light assembly using basic hand tools for bolts/nuts.
Fork Truck Operation
Box Truck Driver (no CDL required).
Shipping & Receiving: loading and unloading freight
Read packlists and inventory sheets.
Store inventory in designated locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
Part counting, recording, and conducting routine stock counts.
Accurately pick items, pack them into boxes/skids/ gaylords, and apply shipping labels.
Machine Operation: experience operating a tube bender or band Saw is a bonus, but will train.
Job Requirements
Box Truck Driving Experience (no CDL required),
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience with powered hand tools for sanding/deburring and ability to read a tape measure is needed.
Must be able to understand basic work, safety, and quality requirements.
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic math skills required.
Must be able to stand, crouch, kneel, squat, etc to perform work.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
