Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This full-time, hands-on position is ideal for candidates who excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are motivated by performance-based compensation.
As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will play a vital role in the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of freight. Team members are responsible for loading and unloading trailers, scanning packages, and maintaining an organized workflow while meeting productivity and safety standards.
Loading
Hand-load boxes from a conveyor system into trailers using floor-loading techniques.
Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanning devices.
Transport rolling cages between staging areas and workstations.
Ensure freight is loaded securely, accurately, and efficiently.
Unloading
Unload freight from trailers onto conveyor systems.
Scan and sort packages into designated rolling cages.
Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Performance-based pay (paid per trailer and per case loaded or unloaded).
Average earnings range from $16.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Top-performing employees can earn $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
Higher productivity results in greater earning potential.
First Shift: Monday through Thursday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Occasional weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 5–50 pounds throughout the workday.
Capable of performing continuous physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Relocation to the West Jordan, UT area is required prior to the start date, if applicable.
