Overview: This is an instructional paraprofessional position who will work with children assigned in Content Mastery, Resource and Inclusion.

Qualification: Education/Certification: • Associates degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring) • Valid Texas educational aide certificate

Special Knowledge/Skills: • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions • Ability to communicate effectively • Knowledge of general office equipment • Some college hours in core subject area preferred

Experience: • Some experience working with children • Bilingual preferred

Starting Salary Range: $22,440 - $32,269

2024/2025 Compensation Plan Work Calendar: 187 Days Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience. Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
