QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate endorsements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in education or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum differentiation, enrichment strategies, or gifted education
- Knowledge of best practices in gifted education, including identification methods, social-emotional needs and advance instructional strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers, administrators and families
- Effective communication, problem-solving and organization skills
