2026-2027 Assistant Principal- Middle School @ Fruzen

The School District of Beloit is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Middle School Assistant Principal to support a vibrant learning community serving grades 6-8.

What You'll Do:

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school climate rooted in restorative practices.
• Support instructional leadership, teacher coaching, and curriculum implementation aligned with district goals.
• Lead student behavior management systems and partner with families and support teams to improve outcomes.
• Analyze academic, behavior, and attendance data to inform student interventions and schoolwide strategies.
• Coordinate operational needs including supervision, testing logistics, and emergency drills.
• Foster strong partnerships with families, staff, and community partners to support whole-child success.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid Wisconsin Administrative License (5051) or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably at the middle school level.
• Deep understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practices.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and restorative leadership.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
