As an AmeriCorps Aide, you will: 1. Participate in community outreach events serving individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. 2. Conduct Community Outreach to raise awareness of available resources, assess client needs & provide referrals. Help improve volunteer training materials and onboarding processes. 3. Learn warehouse operations, safety standards, and stock management to improve Outreach/Warehouse coordination. 4. Track inventory, analyze trends, and collaborate with staff. 5. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing AmeriCorps training.
