MEDWAY PUBLIC SCHOOLS The Medway Public Schools is seeking a Curriculum Instructional Leader for the 2026-2027 school year. About Medway The Medway Public Schools is the public school district of Medway, Massachusetts. Medway, with an approximate population of 13,000, is in the Metrowest area of Massachusetts and is situated equidistant between Boston, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island.   • Leads alignment of classroom content and curriculum with current standards and curriculum frameworks.
  • Facilitates content meetings and leads ongoing discussions and assessments of current practices around student data.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations to building principals and district administrators regarding best practices and professional development needs.
  • Demonstrates various kinds of instructional and assessment materials and methods for classroom use. Acquaints himself/herself with the available instructional materials and supplies that may enhance the learning of teachers and students assigned.
  • Facilitates curriculum mapping in content areas.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by the principal and/or Superintendent

Education and Experience:

  • Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education licensure specific to assignment.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher.
  • Previous teaching experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities aimed at aligning practices and targeting improvement strategies in response to student data and best practices.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the superintendent or school committee may find appropriate and acceptable.
