QUALIFICATIONS:

• NJ Certification: Teaching Certification or Substitute Certification
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic software applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to Manage and supervise athletic activities
• Effective Coaching Skills
• Knowledge of Indoor Track Techniques
