Salary - Stipend - As per the agreement between the South Plainfield Board of Education and the South Plainfield Teachers'/Aides' Unit
Other Requirements:
Must hold New Jersey teaching certificate or hold or be eligible for (at least 60 college credits) a County Substitute teaching certificate
Must be CPR certified prior to the start of their season
Proven experience as a head or assistant coach at the high school level.
Strong knowledge of the specific sport's rules, regulations, and strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and develop student-athletes.
Compliance with state and school district coaching policies and procedures.
Capacity to plan and execute training sessions and game strategies effectively.
