Are you passionate about helping students build independence and succeed in school? Join our team as an Occupational Therapist (OT) and make a meaningful impact on students' ability to learn, engage, and grow. In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative team to support students with diverse needs by developing functional skills that enhance participation in the classroom and school environment.
What You'll Do
Support Student Access & Independence
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
Help students build skills in fine motor development, sensory regulation, and daily functioning
Collaborate & Lead
Partner with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
Provide strategies and training to support students in the classroom
Participate in IEP teams and contribute to student success plans
Drive Student Growth Through Data
Monitor and document student progress
Adjust interventions to meet evolving student needs
Use data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
Innovate & Support Inclusive Learning
Recommend and implement assistive technology and adaptive tools
Support inclusive practices that allow all students to participate fully
What You'll Bring
Required
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Wisconsin OT License (DSPS required)
NBCOT certification
Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learners
Preferred
School-based experience
Experience with assistive technology and sensory supports
Strong collaboration and communication skills
