The School District of Beloit is seeking caring, energetic, and dedicated 4K Paraprofessionals to support our early childhood classrooms. In this role, you'll help create a safe, joyful, and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll Do
Support classroom instruction through small group and one-on-one learning
Help create a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Assist students with daily routines and personal care needs
Monitor and support students during recess, lunch, and transitions
Work closely with teachers to support student success

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to obtain Wisconsin DPI #883 license
Early childhood experience preferred
