The School District of Beloit is seeking an English Learner (EL) Paraprofessional to support multilingual students in building English proficiency while accessing grade-level learning.
In this role, you'll work closely with teachers to provide language support, build student confidence, and help create inclusive classrooms where all students thrive.
What You'll Do
Support students in developing English language skills
Reinforce classroom instruction using language supports
Assist with EL assessments and accommodations
Collaborate with teachers to support student success
Help create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment

Qualifications
High school diploma required
Postsecondary education preferred
Experience with EL students a plus
