Medway Public Schools is seeking to fill the following position for the 2026-2027 school year: PRE-K TEACHER (1.0 FTE)
The Integrated Preschool Teacher serves as both the general education and special education teacher in an inclusive preschool classroom, providing high-quality instruction that meets the diverse developmental and educational needs of all students. Candidates must hold valid Massachusetts licensure in Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8) and Early Childhood Education. Responsibilities include planning and delivering developmentally appropriate instruction; implementing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs); conducting special education evaluations and assessments to determine student eligibility; leading IEP Team meetings; collaborating with related service providers and families; maintaining compliance with state and federal special education regulations; and fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes the academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth of every child.
