Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education and the principal, facilitate reduction, remediation, or elimination of speech and language impairments which interfere with the individual students ability to benefit from the districts educational program. Perform other related functions as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Masters Degree in Communication Disorders Speech and Language Pathology. • Valid Clinical Credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing in Language Speech and Hearing is required or a California License as a Speech-Language Pathologist. • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency ASHA certification. • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
