2026-2027 SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS and ESP''s (Paraprofessionals) NEEDED (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of substitute teachers. A substitute teacher directs the learning of an entire class or group of students and plays a crucial role in maintaining the academic progress of the students enrolled in Middleborough Public Schools.

Substitute placement is managed in the Middleborough Public School District by a web based software program, Substitute Online. To be a substitute for our district, you MUST have a working computer with internet access.

DUTIES: 1.Reports to the main office upon arrival at the school building, arriving 15-20 minutes early to review all materials and make sure you're prepared before the students arrive in the classroom. 2.Implement lesson plans outlined and left by the absent teacher 3.Report all incidences of students, including injuries, accidents, illnesses, and behavioral problems to the appropriate authority immediately or as soon as is reasonably possible.

SALARY RANGE:

Teachers: $120.00-$145.00/day Special Education Licensed Teachers $175 - $182/day ____

Also needed: ESP/Paraprofessionals: @16.00/hour
