The lead will support curriculum development, professional development and integration/alignment of instructional standards. The TDSI is also designed to work directly with students to personalize the learning experience based on their needs.Qualifications:Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityValid Texas teaching credentials in the area(s) and grade level(s) of assignmentSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Strong subject area content knowledge as appropriate to assignmentExceptional communication skillsKnowledge and experience in curriculum and instructional strategy implementationKnowledge and experience with rigorous curriculum and instructional strategiesKnowledge of effective instructional strategies and research-based best practicesEvidence of skills in planning, organization, and collaborationPreferred Qualifications:Knowledge of effective professional development practicesKnowledge of English Language Learners (ELL) strategiesPassion for increasing student learningExperience using student and campus level data to select, implement and differentiate instructional methods, designed to meet each student's individual needsExperience:At least 3 years of recent successful classroom teaching experienceMinimum Salary$63,810 (2025-26 Comp Plan)• Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience• Salary will be adjusted to the start dateTeacher Pay Scale + 10 days
